Chelsea are set to complete a deal to sign Atletico Madrid full-back Filipe Luis, according to The Telegraph.
If reports are to be believed, the Blues will tie up a £20 million deal for the left-back, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United.
The Red Devils had previously scouted him as they looked for a replacement for the ageing Patrice Evra, however it now appears that Chelsea will bring him to Stamford Bridge.
Luis was part of the Atletico side that knocked Jose Mourinho's team out of the Champions League semi-final on Wednesday night.
Diego Costa is also expected to join Chelsea this summer as the Blues look to improve their strike force.
The 'Special One' also appears ready to recall Thibaut Courtois from his loan deal with the Spanish outfit as the Blues look to strengthen ahead of the 2014/15 campaign.
Chelsea's immediate priority, however, will turn to their Premier League clash with Norwich City this weekend as they look to continue their fight for the title.
