SSL Proxy: 127.  0.  0.  1
Port: 6050

with the India Web Proxy.   it is located in the india web proxy
folder extracted earilier

To install the certificate into your Mozilla Firefox, follow this steps:

Click Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption > View Certificate >
Authorities.   Then click Import.

Choose the folder you have the certificate 'ca_web-tunnel' and click
Open.   And it will install.
